What made you decide to become a URA?

When I was working as a science communicator, I recognized the significance of promoting co-creation and innovation among researchers, citizens, private sectors and other stakeholders nationally and internationally. I want to be a “catalyst” that can promote innovation by supporting academic research, and that can disseminate and implement the new science & technology to the society. I wish to think of the proper strategies of research and development of universities while watching the relationship among science, technology and society. These motivated me to start my career as URA.
