There will be a networking event ‘Research Connect at Katsura 2019’ on August 2nd. The aim of this event is to provide an opportunity for international faculty members of Engineering to get to know each other and to introduce KURA’s activities to them. As since last year we have extended our invitation to faculty members across KU campuses to expand our network, we hope ‘Research Connect’ will be a platform for our researchers to know each other and to discuss and exchange ideas related to research and beyond. At the ‘Research Connect at Katsura 2019’ KURA will organize the KAKENHI seminar to impart information and some tips for application for JSPS KAKENHI, and an engaging and interactive networking-session for attendees to make meaningful connections. We look forward to welcoming everyone interested in networking with international faculty members to this event!

Participation fee: 500 yen (tea and snacks included)
