What made you decide to become a URA?

For many years, as a corporate researcher, I have planned and implemented many joint research projects with universities, and have been involved in formulating innovation and technology strategies by supporting managers and with technology management recommendations. When I was thinking about how I could use these experiences to make a broader contribution to society, I learned about the work of URA and decided that I would like to reconsider the relationship between science and technology and society through supporting researchers.
