What made you decide to become a URA?

My experience as a project researcher led me to develop a strong interest in supporting research(er), and my previous work supporting not only researchers but also universities and research institutions led me to aim for a career as a URA supporting researchers by working as a team and in collaboration with other departments to strengthen the research capabilities of the university.
